A Council Hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 20 at Matsqui Centennial Auditorium, 32315 South Fraser Way. The Hearing will start following the 7 pm Public Hearing.

Staff introduced the applications received during the consolidated intake period to Council. Council passed a resolution to gather the views of residents with respect to seven of the eight applications. See the links below for more information:

Staff screened the applications for completeness and consistency with City bylaw requirements, in accordance with Council's Cannabis Retail Store Policy (C005-11)

The application process commenced February 3, 2020 with a consolidated intake period. The application intake was open for 3 months and 8 applications were received during this time.
