App and website that show Realtime capacity of recreation centers
Having access to weather a recreation centers realtime capacity will help to balance out the amount of people coming to each recreation center and help people decide if they should go to one center or another across town. This can help save people time and help our city be greener as people do not need to drive to one center than another if the one is too full.

Build public APIs for digital resources
By providing public APIs local residence are empowered to create the front end user facing apps. This provides opportunities for university students, encourages the local tech sector, allows for more varied implementation options, and can reduce the development costs to the city.
