Culture programs, services and resources are essential to a vibrant and healthy community. As part of the implementation of the Culture Connect Strategy the City is conducting a review and update of the Public Art Program and Policy.

The updated policy and program will provide overall direction for municipal, community and private public art and will help guide decisions on public art projects and placement in the community. You can learn more about the City’s current public art program here: Public Art | City of Abbotsford.

The Public Art Policy and Program Review – Stage 3 Key Directions Report outlines key considerations for the City’s revised public art policy and new program plan. This work was developed through research and feedback from previous community consultation sessions.
