Ridgeview Park Splash Pad and Playground

The City of Abbotsford is planning to construct a new splash pad and replace the existing playground at Ridgeview Park. We are currently seeking feedback from local residents to help inform the design of these new amenities.

Background: Ridgeview Park is located at 3250 Vantage Place in the Townline neighborhood. The park is approximately 1.78 hectares and existing amenities in the park include baseball and soccer fields, playground, parking lot, walking paths, washrooms and a community picnic shelter.

The new splash pad and playground will be located near the main park entrance in a similar location as the existing playground. These additions will complement the existing park amenities, and provide a fun, interactive, safe, and accessible space.

Every effort will be made to keep the park open during construction. The new splash pad and playground are expected to be open to the public in the summer of 2026!
