The City of Abbotsford hosts an annual Canada Day celebration for the community and surrounding visitors. Canada Day is the City’s largest signature event, traditionally including a parade, an afternoon family festival and fireworks finale.

City staff are now working to design, implement and track the impact of this signature event in 2023 in a way that represents Council’s vision for Abbotsford as the economic and cultural Hub of the Fraser Valley. We hope to validate the expectations, satisfaction and vision that we think you, as residents, might have for Canada Day.
