The City of Abbotsford’s Economic Development team wants to learn how to better work together with businesses in the historic downtown to continue to grow and thrive.
Historic Downtown Abbotsford is seeing a rapid number of changes, including a record number of new residential and mixed-use developments that are bringing more people and businesses into this historic commercial centre. The City of Abbotsford and the Abbotsford Downtown Business Association (ADBA) are collaborating to host a business walk on September 28, 2023.
Staff from the City, ABDA and other representatives from local economic development organizations will be visiting businesses downtown to conduct a short questionnaire. We want to find out what is working downtown; what issues you might be facing; and what your priorities are for creating a better downtown business environment.
