To support applications for Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing, the City has prepared a SSMUH Application Guide. The guide provides important information about getting ready to apply, considering development costs, and understanding zoning regulations.

Applicants for Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing are encouraged to review the guide and book a Development Inquiry Meeting prior to submitting an application.
