Abbotsforward 2050 | Official Community Plan Update
We're updating Abbotsford's Official Community Plan
To accommodate and plan for growth over the next several decades, Abbotsford is updating its Official Community Plan (OCP) and will be looking for community input to help shape the future of the City.
The OCP is the City’s key planning tool and was last updated in 2016. The Abbotsforward 2050 OCP update process will build on the parts of the plan that are working well, while looking at ways to better address the challenges, needs, and opportunities of today and tomorrow.
Residents and business owners will have a variety of ways to get involved over the course of the project, with engagement opportunities beginning in Spring 2024.
